<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of preventing a liquid with viscosity from entering a case without reference to the inflow amount of the liquid, without spoiling operability even if the liquid flows in. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof wall 133 which repulses a liquid flowing out from a gap between a gap part of an operation knob 112 and a bottom wall 211b of a recessed part 211 of a cover 201 away from a cylindrical part 132 of a case 111 is provided nearby the cylinder part 132 of an upper surface 111b of the case 111 so that a waterproof wall upper end part 133a is arranged at a position spaced at a predetermined interval (a) downward from a knob lower end part 112e of the operation knob 122 in a non-swinging state and at a predetermined interval (b) toward the cylinder part 132.
