<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add an appropriate comment information to image data for convenient submission. <P>SOLUTION: Condition setting for specifying information to be added to image data in accordance with a type of an object is accepted via an operation input part 142 or the like. An object type discrimination part 112 determines and specifies the type of the object of an image formed by image data to be uploaded. As for the specified type of the object, a necessary information collection part 113 and a comment generation part 114 cooperatively generate comment information to be added to the image data in accordance with the condition setting preliminarily accepted (set) via the operation input part 142 or the like.
