<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member, along with a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejecting apparatus, capable of suppressing air bubbles from remaining at an upper part of a filter, even when performing detachment of a liquid storage means. <P>SOLUTION: The flow path member 30 includes a mounting part 316 to which a supply part 23 provided to a liquid storage means 20 is connected and in which a flow path 311 is opened to which liquid is supplied from the liquid storage means 20 via the supply part 23. The mounting part 316 includes a filter 317 covering the opening of the flow path 311 and fixed to a surface on the supply part 23 side of the mounting part 316.
