<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an efficient mold releasing by solving a problem that peeling off a molded article from a mold requires a large force and deforms the molded article, when releasing the molded article from the mold, and a problem that a part of the molded article is left in the mold, regarding the molded article manufactured by an imprint method or an intaglio printing method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a molded article includes: a process for molding molding material which composes the molded article by a mold; and a process for releasing the molded article from the mold. The releasing process includes: a process for peeling off the molded article by injecting gas to an interface between the molded article and the mold; a process for confirming a state of the interface; and a process for releasing the molded article from the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
