<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it has been difficult to use ozone as a hair dryer because the ozone has a peculiar smell though it has a bactericidal action. <P>SOLUTION: This hair care device includes a fan 6, a heater 11, and an ion generator 5 inside a casing 2, and generates positive ions each mainly consisting of a hydrogen ion and negative ions each mainly consisting of an oxygen ion by the ion generator 5.
