PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development kit capable of efficiently coordinating a native library and a plurality of types of intermediate language programs, an extended application for an image forming apparatus created by using the software development kit, and a portable terminal device including the application.

SOLUTION: A native library 120 that is common to a first intermediate language and a second intermediate language is used from a user application of the first language or the second language respectively via a first wrapper class 121 or a second wrapper class 122.
