<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably support the reuse of an existing program during the mounting of a program. <P>SOLUTION: When a source file is opened or changed by an editor so as to be mounted, a source file monitoring part 222 notifies a source file analysis part 232 of the source file as an active source file. The source file analysis part 232 acquires information such as a function name, variable name, and processing summary relating to definition data (function, variable or the like) which can be referenced from the active source file, and stores the information in an analysis result storage part 27.
