<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrival time estimation device, an arrival time estimation method, an arrival time estimation program and an information presentation device for accurately estimating an arrival time. <P>SOLUTION: An image input part inputs an image signal for each frame, and an object detection part detects an object shown by the image signal input from the image input part, and an arrival time calculation part calculates a rotation matrix showing the rotation of the optical axis of a photographing device which has photographed the image signal on the basis of a direction vector showing a direction to the object detected by the object detection part, and calculates the change of a distance to the object on the basis of a vector calculated by multiplying the past direction vector by the calculated rotation matrix and a current direction vector, and calculates an arrival time to the object on the basis of the calculated change of the distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
