<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration power generation device having a high power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration power generation device 110 includes an elastic sheet 111 which is deformed elastically by a load, and a piezoelectric film 112 installed on the surface of the elastic sheet 111. The piezoelectric film 112 is disposed so that the surface thereof faces the expansion or contraction direction of the elastic sheet 111. The elastic sheet 111 is deformed elastically in the direction perpendicular to the load direction by receiving a load.
