<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing a person needing waist exercise to easily perform visceral exercise in addition to the waist exercise. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a first drive motor 2 disposed adjacently to a second rotating shaft 12 within an exercise device body and fitted with a rotary plate 21; a first rotating lever 3 fixed to a first rotating arm 4; a first rotating arm fixed to a first rotating shaft 11; a second rotating arm horizontally extended; a second rotating lever 7 hinged by a third rotating arm 6 fixed on the second rotating shaft while being horizontally extended from the second rotating shaft and fixed; rotating plate units 8 disposed above the first and second rotating shafts and each including a heating mat; a waist support 10 disposed between the rotating plate units so as to be vertically movable by a third drive motor; and a control unit 9 which adjusts the temperature of the heating mats of the rotating plate units and the rotating speed, time and rotating angle of the rotating plate units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
