<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite particles and a curable composition capable of reducing polymerization shrinkage. <P>SOLUTION: In this composite particle 1, a polymer chain 3 is graft-bonded to a particle surface 2a, and the polymer chain 3 has a copolymer formed by copolymerizing two kinds of monomers, and the two kinds of monomers have each different affinity to a polymerizable monomer into which the composite particles 1 are dispersed, and a monomer composition of the polymer chain 3 includes a block 4 of a monomer having low affinity to the polymerizable monomer located on the base end side bonding to the particle surface 2a of the polymer chain 3, and a block 5 of a monomer having high affinity located on the tip side of the polymer chain 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
