PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of communication using a portable network communication device.

SOLUTION: A portable network communication device comprises: a plurality of first network interface parts; a communication processing part for performing transmission/reception of packets by using either one network interface part of the plurality of first network interface parts; a reception signal strength determination part for determining reception signal strength of each of the first network interface parts; a signal strength variation calculation part for calculating a variation value showing a degree of variation of the reception signal strength per unit time for each first network interface part; and an interface selection part for selecting a first network interface part to be used for packet transmission/reception by the communication processing part from the plurality of first network interface parts on the basis of the variation value.
