<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for magnifying a range for allowing a photographer to operate an operation part, confronting the operation part while adjusting a display part of a display unit at an angle at which the photographer wants to look to improve operability. <P>SOLUTION: A display unit includes an attachment part 43 connected detachably to device body of an imaging device, an image display part 41 for displaying an image imaged by the device body, and an operation part 42 for controlling the device body and an image displayed in the image display part 41.
