<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator capable of preventing deformation of a crystal piece accompanying temperature change, maintaining stable vibration characteristics and obtaining excellent frequency temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The crystal vibrator includes: a base plate 3 formed of a material different from crystal; a pedestal crystal plate 2 loaded on the base plate and fixed to the base plate at a first fixing point (A) and a second fixing point (B); and the crystal piece loaded on the pedestal crystal plate 2, fixed to the pedestal crystal plate 2 at a third fixing point (C) and a fourth fixing point (D), the third fixing point being electrically connected to the first fixing point and the fourth fixing point being electrically connected to the second fixing point. The third fixing point and the fourth fixing point are formed on a vertical center line roughly bisecting a straight line connecting the first fixing point and second fixing point vertically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
