PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more smoothly develop applications which use web services of a plurality of web service providers.

SOLUTION: A conversion table 83 is provided where conversion source service method names and conversion destination service method names of web services are stored in association with each other. If a method name identical to a conversion destination service method name in the conversion table 83 is included in a request message for web services, the method name is converted to an associated conversion source service method name by an inverse conversion unit 88. If a method name identical to a conversion source service method name in the conversion table 83 is included in a response message, the method name is converted to an associated conversion destination service method name by a conversion unit 84.
