<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent touch panel in which the strength of a chemical strengthening glass substrate does not deteriorate even when multiple lead wires are arranged densely in a wiring area of the chemical strengthening glass substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An insulator layer composed of synthetic resin is formed in a wiring area on a plane of a glass substrate where multiple lead wires are to be arranged, and a conductive thin film deposited on the insulator layer by a sputtering method is patterned by a photolithography method to form the multiple lead wires. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
