<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string bookmark which can be attached and detached as necessary, such as when one reads a book, refers to a single or two or more points, and starts to read temporarily. <P>SOLUTION: The string support type bookmark is a system of fixing a bookmark string showing a location being read with a string which turns around a spine side of the book and a book page side. Although attachable and detachable, the string bookmark is provided which has an effective function not hindering in reading the book, the same as when it is furnished at the time of bookbinding.
