FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining plant-regenerates of iris ensata (I. ensata Thunb.) in vitro. The method includes sterilisation of buds if the buds are soaked in 96% ethanol and burnt in the flame of a spirit lamp, disinfected in a 0.1% solution of sulfochlorantine for 20 minutes, then the parts of the perianth tube are divided into fragments of 3×3 mm and planted on the Murashige and Skoog nutritional medium containing 3-5 mcm acetic hydroperoxide in combination with 8.4 mcm benzylaminopurine. Then they are cultivated and enrooted. And after 30 days of cultivation the formed spires with floral elements are transplanted on the nutritional media with benzylaminopurine 20 mcm and after 30 days of cultivation the shoots are enrooted on the Murashige and Skoog medium with acetic hydroperoxide 3 mcm.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain plant-regenerates by the direct method, avoiding callus culture, with a high percentage of rooting.3 dwg, 2 tbl |
