FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical implanted ring is intended for closing with formation of closed loop with middle longitudinal axis (XX') for compression of biological organ, forming recess or canal, for changing passage section of said organ. Said ring contains, at least, first ring compression chamber and second ring compression chamber, connected to each other and intended for filling with filling medium to provide compression of said biological organ with said ring. Said first and second compression chambers are located above each other on longitudinal middle line of loop extension (XX'). First and second compression chambers form free from material free zone between them, in which wall of biological organ can move without contacting ring to provide compression of said biological organ at the level of, at least, two axially separated contact zones. Method of manufacturing said surgical implanted ring, intended for closing with formation of closed loop with middle longitudinal axis (XX') for compression of biological organ, forming recess or canal, for changing passage section of said organ includes preparatory stage, in the course of which at least, first ring compression chamber and second ring compression chamber are manufactured, each of which is intended for containing filling liquid, stage of layer location, in course of which said first and second compression chambers are connected to each other, placing them above each other along middle longitudinal axis (XX') of loop stretching. Stage of layer location includes separation sub-stage, in the course of which formed is free from material free zone between them, in which wall of biological organ can move without contacting ring to provide compression of said biological organ at the level of, at least, two axially separated contact zones.EFFECT: inventions ensure increased stability, guaranteeing its long-term holding of ring in working position after implantation.16 cl, 5 dwg |
