PURPOSE: A purifying device of exhaust gas for perfect combustion is provided to reduce thermal energy for combusting the exhaust gas by storing the thermal energy through a structure in which the exhaust gas stays for a predetermined period of time without direct discharging. CONSTITUTION: A purifying device of exhaust gas for perfect combustion comprises a main body(3), a hollow type standing pipe(4), an induction member(6), a plurality of connection pipes(7), a partition(9), a resistant plate(10), a combustor(11), and an oxygenator(12). The resistant plate is installed in the upper part of the partition and the edge is bent in the lower direction. The oxygenator is installed between the partition and the resistant plate. The oxygenator injects oxygen for inducing the exhaust gas to combust by heat stored in the main body or a flame of the combustor delivered through a penetration hole(8).
