<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of suppressing color unevenness within a light-emitting region even if the light-emitting region is substantially circular. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device comprises: a plurality of light emitting elements 10, disposed on a mounting region of a substrate; and a frame body 14, formed so as to surround the light emitting elements 10.
