<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress contamination of a device due to leakage of toner in removing a toner container regarding an image forming apparatus and a toner supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A toner container comprises: a container cabinet having a container opening part 672; an elastic seal member 676; and a shutter member 673 which is slidable between a closing position for closing the container opening part and an opening position in which at least a part of the front end in the attaching direction is overlapped with the seal member, positioned at a closing position under the unmounted state, moves to the opening position when being mounted and moves to the closing position when being removed. A container supporting member has a supporting member opening part 291 for passing toner sent from the container opening part 672 to a toner supplied body and further has a floating prevention mechanism for preventing floating of the rear end part in the mounting direction of the shutter member 673, which is caused by pressing the front end in the mounting direction (the arrow Y direction) of the shutter member 673 at the opening position by the seal member 676. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
