<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsteady heat conduction analysis program of a take-up roll capable of performing a simulation close to actual behavior. <P>SOLUTION: The unsteady heat conduction analysis program taking account of an influence of air caught in a take-up roll 4 causes a computer to execute: a calculating step of calculating a heat conductivity, a density and a specific heat of an equivalent layer obtained by synthesizing a web 1 in the radial direction of the take-up roll and an air layer Air; and a calculation step of calculating a temperature variation in the take-up roll using the calculated heat conductivity, density and specific heat of the equivalent layer for the basic equation (1) of the unsteady conduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
