摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating safety on cells that keep incorporating an artificial nanomaterial out of a cell population in a culture container into which the artificial nanomaterial is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: The method for evaluating the safety of the artificial nanomaterial includes a step for analyzing the characteristics of the cells that have incorporated the artificial nanomaterial. In the method for evaluating the safety of the artificial nanomaterial, the artificial nanomaterial is magnetic nanoparticles, and the cells that have incorporated the artificial nanoparticles may be separated by magnetic force from the cells that do not incorporate the artificial nanoparticles and specified. The cells may be cultured cells. The cultured cells may be pluripotent stem cells. The cultured cells may be embryonic stem cells or artificial pluripotent stem cells.
