<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with environmental resistance for coping with even enlargement. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 45 is arranged between an upper electrode 43 and an upper conductive layer 42, and the content of conductive metal of the upper electrode 43 and a lower electrode 53 is 70 to 98 wt.%, and the content of carbon resin of the intermediate layer 45 is 40 to 90 wt.%, and thickness is 1 to 50 micrometers so that the electric connection of the upper electrode 43 and the upper conductive layer 42 can be stabilized in a state that the wiring resistance of the upper electrode 43 and the lower electrode 53 is decreased.
