<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage liquid foreign substance inspection system which is capable of detecting foreign substances in a beverage liquid with high accuracy and is compact appropriately for small lot production of a wide variety of products. <P>SOLUTION: A beverage liquid foreign substance inspection system 10 comprises: an inspected bottle rotation mechanism section 20 which places and rotates an inspected bottle 71 on a rotary pedestal 25; an inspected bottle inclination mechanism section 30 which inclines the inspected bottle 71 placed on the rotary pedestal 25; an illumination 41 which illuminates the inspected bottle 71; an imaging apparatus 40 which captures a shadow image in illumination light transmitted through a beverage liquid in the inspected bottle 71; a control device 50 and the like. According to the control device 50, when the inspected bottle 71 is inclined by the inspected bottle inclination mechanism section 30, a shadow image of a heavy foreign substance floating in the beverage liquid is captured by the imaging apparatus 40, and when the inspected bottle 71 is rotated by the inspected bottle rotation mechanism section 20 and stopped, a shadow image of a light foreign substance floating in the beverage liquid is captured by the imaging apparatus 40, so that the foreign substances in the beverage liquid are detected based on the shadow images of the heavy and light foreign substances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
