<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable headrest mold which is highly practical. <P>SOLUTION: A mold 30 for a movable headrest 10 includes: (a) a back-side lower mold 32 which has a cavity surface 42 formed to define the back of a headrest body 12 (hereinafter a body), and is fixedly provided; (b) a back-side upper mold 34 which is fitted rotatably to an upper-end part of the back-side lower mold, and has a back-side stay groove 52 formed to extend a stay 14 out of the mold; (c) a front-side lower mold 36 which has a cavity surface 46 formed to define the front of the body, and is fitted at a lower-end part rotatably to the back-side lower mold; and (d) a front-side upper mold 38 which is fitted rotatably at an upper-end part of the front-side lower mold, has a front-side stay groove 54 formed to face the back-side stay groove, and also has an extension part 58 extending continuously from the groove into the body along the stay.
