<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in the conventional manufacture by a hot blade of a device for cutting out legs for a folding box frame made of a foamed resin sheet, in which material is deformed and color is changed by heat, smoke and CO2 are generated, and power consumption is large. <P>SOLUTION: The folding frames each made of a foamed resin sheet are stacked, and the sheets are automatically pushed out in a horizontal direction one by one from the lowermost sheet by a cylinder or the like, to a press-cutting position. A cutter blade, called Thomson punching die is moved down by the cylinder or the like to press and cut the sheet.
