<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load calculating method during conveyance which obtains a judging material as to whether failure occurs or not, by calculating each load of handling tools during conveyance by using product data showing designed products, and a load calculating system during conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: The load calculating method includes the steps of: accepting product data showing products; determining arrangement places of a plurality of suction cups relating to the products shown by the accepted product data; dividing an area of the products shown by the product data to a plurality of division areas, corresponding to the determined arrangement places of the plurality of suction cups; calculating a cup conveyance load of each suction step in the respective divided division areas; comparing the cup conveyance load with an allowance load per one suction cup; and judging whether conveyance of each suction cup is right and wrong. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
