<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is inconvenient because a quilt on a bed falls, and particularly in the case of an infant, a parent has to be alert and to put the quilt over and over again all night, so that the parent cannot sleep well, and stress accumulates, and in a hospital, because the quilt moves simultaneously with the movement of the body in sleep, privacy cannot be kept to impede medical treatment in peace. <P>SOLUTION: Elastic belts are sewn to one large quilt.
