<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slippage preventing and covering tool for a coverlet which easily fixes a coverlet to a lower quilt while keeping the hygienic state of the coverlet, can effectively prevent the positional slippage of the coverlet to the lower quilt, and at the same time, can easily cover the coverlet. <P>SOLUTION: The slippage preventing and covering tool for a coverlet, which is arranged between the lower quilt 20 and the coverlet 10, and prevents the coverlet 10 from slipping to the lower quilt 20, and at the same time, prevents the coverlet 10 from being stained by covering it, includes: an upper sheet 30; and a fixing plate 50 placed on the lower surface of the lower quilt 20 or held between the lower quilts, and at the same time, freely detachably attached to the lower edge section 32 of the upper sheet 30.
