FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, namely, to propeller screws. Propeller screw comprises vaned hub. Hub vanes comprise driving surface and drawing surface. Said surfaces have radial blind holes shaped to truncated ball and shifted relative to each other in cross-section. Hole depth H varies from 0.7D to 0.8D where D is hole diameter. Hole diameter smoothly decreases in compliance with vane thickness decrease. Hole inner surface is coated with polymer material of minimum friction factor (in interaction with water) and high resistance to aggressive media.EFFECT: reduced power consumption.1 cl, 5 dwg |
