<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder ranking device in an electronic component mounting device and a feeder ranking method capable of properly ranking part feeders with a simple method on a basis of operation history information in light of a combination of a suction nozzle and a part feeder. <P>SOLUTION: A first step capability index indicating aligning accuracy in every unit suction combination of a suction nozzle and a part feeder is calculated from detection history data obtained by continuously detecting a suction displacement amount of electronic components. A second step capability index indicating individual positioning accuracy of each of the suction nozzle and the part feeder is calculated on the basis of the data of the plural first step capability indices calculated for the plural unit suction combinations, so as to rank positioning accuracy grades of the plural part feeders on the basis of the calculated second step capability index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
