<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device and an image forming apparatus surely feeding a sheet even when a gap is formed between the sheet and a regulating part. <P>SOLUTION: Movement of a sheet supported by an elevatable tray for supporting the sheet by a rear end regulating plate 13 is regulated.
