<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a suitable amount of dust at all times while preventing scattering of and exposure to the dust, to facilitate replacing operation for a recovery bag, and to reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: A dust recovery device includes a hopper 7 in which dust collected by a filter is accumulated, a cylinder part 13 provided below the hopper 7 and having a discharge port 13a to which the dust accumulated in the hopper 7 is discharged, a bottomed recovery bag 20 for storing the dust discharged from the discharge port 13a, and a housing box 10 which houses the recovery bag 20 and enables the dust in the recovery bag 20 to be viewed. The capacity of the recovery bag 20 is more than the capacity of housing box 10.
