<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding structure capable of manufacturing a molding structure with higher quality. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a door trim 10 including a trim board 20 and a mounting boss 30 formed on the trim board 20 includes: a base material forming step of forming the trim board 20 by press-molding a preboard P1 by a mold 50; and a molding forming step of forming the mounting boss 30 while being joined to the trim board 20 by injecting molten resin into a runner 67 formed on a facing surface 61A of the upper mold facing to the lower mold in a state that the trim board 20 is pressed by the mold 50. The facing surface 61A of the upper mold facing to the lower mold is formed with grooves 76, 77 adjacent to the runner 67. In the base material forming process, a portion of material including thermoplastic resin which composes the preboard P1 enters the grooves 76, 77 when the preboard P1 is pressed by the mold 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
