<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software testing support device capable of efficiently extracting test items relating to processing in a GUI. <P>SOLUTION: A software testing support device 1 includes a storage unit 700 which stores a screen configuration DB 712 storing therein types of screen components per screen component constituting a screen to be displayed on a display unit 3 by executing test object software 710 and a test item DB 720 storing therein, for each type of screen components, test items for testing of processing which is executed by the test object software 710 in response to operation of a screen component relating to the type.
