<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-isolated type power supply device and an LED driving device with which regardless of which one of both ends of a load circuit is ground-faulted, it is possible to reduce power supply to the load circuit without using a complicated construction. <P>SOLUTION: A non-isolated type power supply device A1, which converts input power from a direct current power supply E1, whose negative electrode is grounded to a ground line G1, into desired direct current power and supplies the direct current power to a load circuit Y1, includes: a capacitor C1 electrically connected between one end of the load circuit Y1 and the negative electrode of the direct current power supply E1; and a capacitor C2 electrically connected between the other end of the load circuit Y1 and a positive electrode of the direct current power supply E1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
