<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated structure capable of obtaining a laminated structure heated and pressed evenly over the whole of a heating and pressing object in a surface direction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a laminated structure comprises steps of: laminating a metal plate 12A, a heating and pressing object 11, and a metal plate 12B to obtain a first laminate 10; disposing a first cushioning material 22A on a first surface 10a side of the first laminate 10, and disposing a second cushioning material 22B on a second surface 10b side of the first laminate 10 to obtain a second laminate 20; and heating and pressurizing the second laminate 20 to obtain the laminate structure in which the heating and pressing object 11 is heated and pressed. The metal plate 12A and the metal plate 12B are larger than the heating and pressing object 11.
