<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elute TOC from an ion exchange resin and remove the TOC without exposing TOC included water in a condensate purification system pipe or a reactor purification system pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A nuclear power plant water processor 1 comprises: an ion exchange resin 2 that introduces circulation water 21 from a condensate purification system pipe 41 or a reactor purification system pipe 42 of a nuclear power plant 100, performs ion exchange, and discharges the water to the condensate purification system pipe 41 or the reactor purification system pipe 42; an organic substance removal tank 3; an organic substance removal tank inlet pipe 6 for introducing water from the ion exchange resin 2 and discharging the water to the organic substance removal tank 3; and an organic substance removal tank outlet pipe 7 for introducing the water from the organic substance removal tank 3 and discharging the water to the ion exchange resin 2. In the nuclear power plant water processor 1, a closed loop is formed with the ion exchange resin 2, the organic substance removal tank inlet pipe 6, the organic substance removal tank 3, and the organic substance removal tank outlet pipe 7. Purification water 22 is circulated in this closed loop and all organic carbons eluted from the ion exchange resin 2 into the purification water 22 are removed by the organic substance removal tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
