<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out continuous operation even when a blower in an electric heating element storage device at a base station for mobile phone gets out of order. <P>SOLUTION: An outside air blower 12 which takes in the air (hereinafter outside air) outside a cabinet 3 comprises two centrifugal fans 12a, 12b with the substantially same standard, and the centrifugal fans 12a, 12b are arranged in adjacent fan storage chambers 50a, 50b. The fan storage chambers 50a, 50b are connected to join together on a blow-out side thereof and in front of a suction surface of a heat exchanger 14, and a communication hole 23 for communicating with the respective fan storage chambers 50a, 50b is formed in a partition plate 21 for partitioning off the centrifugal fans 12a, 12b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
