<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cache device, a memory system, and a data transfer method for efficiently writing back cache data in a main memory. <P>SOLUTION: The cache device includes: a write-back control unit 60 for determining whether or not a plurality of pieces of cache data are coincident with a plurality of pieces of data stored in a main memory 80; a data buffer unit 13 for storing cache data determined to be noncoincident among the plurality of pieces of cache data, that is, a plurality of pieces of cache data to be written in continuous addresses in the main memory 80; and a memory write unit 14 for writing the cache data stored in the data buffer unit 13 in the main memory 80 in a batch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
