<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a waterproof flat circuit body in which the external force is hard to directly act on a cylindrical body for waterproof, which can improve waterproof performance by inhibiting the cylindrical body for waterproof from coming off from a connector connection port due to the external force, also prevents tensile force from the outside from acting on a narrow range on the flat circuit body as a concentrated load, and thereby can prevent breakage of the flat circuit body due to the concentrated load. <P>SOLUTION: The connector for the waterproof flat circuit body comprises: a housing 10; an FPC 20 inserted in a circuit body insertion port 11 of the housing 10; a cylindrical body 30 for waterproof attached only in the vicinity of the tip 20a of the FPC 20 as a waterproof plug which is fitted in the circuit body insertion port 11; a slider 40 which is fixed at a position of the tip side further than the cylindrical body 30 for waterproof of the FPC 20; and a supporting rod 50 for preventing slip-off which is inserted in an engaging groove 41 of the slider 40 having been inserted in the housing 10, and restricts movement of the slider 40 in a direction along the inserting direction of the slider 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
