<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical female terminal structure capable of improving contact reliability by suppressing opening of a cylindrical female terminal body to an outer circumferential direction with respect to a connector composed of a round male terminal and a cylindrical female terminal. <P>SOLUTION: Opening of a cylindrical female terminal body is suppressed by having and connecting a rugged coupling part to a side edge part of a cylindrical female terminal 06 formed by wiring a conductive plate material around. Further, a drum-shaped coil spring 15 is installed inside the cylindrical female terminal 06 to secure contact areas 18 and 20 between the cylindrical female terminal 06 and the drum-shaped coil spring 15, and a contact area 19 between the drum-shaped coil spring 15 and a round male terminal 01, thereby enabling electrical connection. Stable contact reliability can be secured by securing a constant contact load in the whole circumferential directions of the round male terminal 01 from a central squeezed part of the dram-shaped coil spring 15 to the round male terminal 01 in the contact area 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
