<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a facility on the basis of latest information and utilize facility data of the facility. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing system 10, a management server 4 stores a facility database including facility data for each of a plurality of facilities. The management server 4 registers related words included in posted data related to any of the plurality of facilities which is posted to a social networking service in the facility database in association with the facility. The management server 4 performs retrieval for the related words using a retrieval word received from a navigation device 2, and extracts a facility related to the retrieval word from the plurality of facilities. The management server 4 transmits facility data of the thus extracted facility to the navigation device 2.
