<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal whose housing can be down-sized. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes: a housing 11 including a case 12 and a cover 13; a first button 15 to be stored in a first through hole 34 formed on a wall part of the case 12; a second button 16 and a third button 17 to be respectively stored in a second through hole 47 and a third through hole 48 extended over a boundary 14 between the case 12 and the cover 13; a band member 21 connecting the first button 15, the second button 16 and the third button 17 in the housing 11.
