<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter capable of efficiently performing noise evaluation and suppressing noise. <P>SOLUTION: The adapter includes: a first connector part (9) connected to a first signal cable; a second connector part (5) connected to a device to be measured; a common mode choke coil part (8) whose one end is connected to the first connector part; and a second signal cable (6) for connecting the other end of the common mode choke coil part to the second connector part, whose length is set in accordance with the length of the first signal cable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
