<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration pipe that has sufficient strength while suppressing an increase in pipe thickness, and a method of forming the same. <P>SOLUTION: The regeneration pipe 20 to be fitted to an inner peripheral surface of an existent pipe 100 includes an outer layer 24 made of thermoplastic resin, and an inner reinforcement layer 22 provided inside the outer layer 24, made of reinforcing fiber-mixed thermoplastic resin, and formed thinner than the outer layer 24. The inner reinforcement layer 22 is formed by mixing reinforcing fiber with the thermoplastic resin by heating and melting the thermoplastisc resin in the existent pipe 100 and then cooling the thermoplastic resin.
