<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of adjusting an irradiation angle to a required angle and also securely fixing the fixture to a required angle. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 includes a fixture body 11, an angle adjustment member 12, an arm 13, and fixing members 14. The fixture body 11 includes a light source 11c inside, and an arm axis support part 11g outside. The angle adjustment member 12 is arranged on the fixture body, and possesses a plurality of engaging holes 12b with a predetermined interval located on a locus of a circle centered around the arm axis support part. The arm 13, pivotally supported on the arm axis support part of the fixture body, possesses a long hole 13c formed in opposition to a plurality of the engaging holes of the angle adjusting member.
