<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for handling brown coal, with which trouble caused by spontaneous ignition brought about, in handling, by powdering of a charcoal material molded body molded after drying of brown coal is prevented or suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for handling brown coal, brown coal char produced by carbonization of brown coal is mixed with the charcoal material molded body molded after drying of brown coal, for the purpose of preventing the spontaneous ignition brought about by powdering of the charcoal material molded body in handling, and the brown coal is handled as the mixture. Preferably, 20 mass% or more, more preferably 30 mass% or more of the brown coal char in terms of inner percentage is mixed with respect to the amount of powder assumed to be powdered in handling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
